Project takes some time
Project takes some time
Just a short note regarding P1SIM. No, it is not dead, and it will never die. It just takes time. At the moment there is no progress, since I don't have any time. But I am very keen on going ahead as fast as possible

Re: Project takes some time
I'm very glad to see this project is not dead.
Just out of curiosity, are still planning on releasing the alpha on the dates listed here? -> http://www.p1sim.org/?page_id=250

Do you have any idea when you'll be able to continue working on this project, though?

So... how's it going? Any updates on when we can expect public alpha?
Re: Project takes some time
No updates since 2014. But these days I try to continue the work on the project.

It's nice to see that you are still working on it! I wish you good luck in the development, and promise that as soon as it comes out, I'll buy it

Re: Project takes some time
Glad to hear! You wouldn't believe how often I check your website -- and I was surprised and delighted to read you are working on the project again.
This message comes in a time where I've been looking into libgdx to program a game similar myself...but I wouldn't consider my progress to be significantly higher than yours

Sounds interesting. Where do I find more about your project?LocoMH wrote:This message comes in a time where I've been looking into libgdx to program a game similar myself...but I wouldn't consider my progress to be significantly higher than yours

Re: Project takes some time
Nowhere (well, maybe my computer)... Seeing that I just started to read more about libgdx it will take much time. If you want to I can drop you a PM with some of the ideas I have. As you possibly remember from many years ago, I'd love to help you get P1SIM further, toosmallfly wrote:Sounds interesting. Re: Project takes some time
Haha, I wish it was in a state where I am confident enough to post anything here I'll work another few months on it before that. And I'm not nearly as confident as you are when you say "this project will never die"smallfly wrote:Id prefer to find information on your project here on the forumsLocoMH wrote:Nowhere (well, maybe my computer)...
