Help With Company Owner Editor

I downloaded the Company Owner Editor from Modb and it came only with the application and dll file. However, this is what I see, and I am unsure what to do or what the problem is. Browsing through the forums, I came across what the app should've looked like, but that was 5 years ago.

I've never heard of a Company Owner Editor. Is it for the mobile version? Please check that you have downloaded the correct tool for Locomotion.

I don't think it's for the mobile version. The About box says that it was licensed in 2004. Unless it specially works for the original CD version and not the Steam version.

The Company Owner Editor is pretty old software. You can try to get it to work, or use LeftofZen's Object Editor : https://github.com/OpenLoco/ObjectEditor/releases
Then open a working Competitor, save as a new file with a new name, and add your new images. It also gives you access to all ~30k locomotion objects we have discovered so far.

I've looked into trying OpenLoco for the alternative method, but I dunno how to do it. I'll take a look at this and give it a try. Thanks.
